Implementation

During implementation HRAdvance will work with you to design a dependent eligibility audit project to meet your unique needs.  Our library of sample letters and plan designs means that getting up and running is a short, painless process.  Forget faxing and emailing changes and approvals, the entire project design is available to you online for review and comment.




Fulfillment

During the fulfillment phase of the dependent eligibility audit HRAdvance will generate and manage the receipt and return of all subscriber communications.  Inbound and outbound call center services are available to answer employee questions and facilitate compliance.  Systemic identification of exception events, such as returned mail, ensures timely resolution of any issues that arise.  Other features of the fulfillment phase include:

Results

Once the audit phase of the project is complete, HRAdvance works with you to make the most of the results.  Electronic feeds designed to meet your specifications allow you to transmit the data to virtually any system to incorporate the results of the audit.  A flexible reporting system allows us to analyze the results and provide feedback on how to improve your internal processes and plan design to minimize future violations.
