Bill Pogachnick joined HRAdvance in February 2008 as the Vice President of Sales. With more than 15 years experience in the health and welfare industry, working in the consulting/brokerage arena, Bill is responsible for expanding HRAdvance’s relationships and new business throughout the nation. Prior to joining HRAdvance, Bill was responsible for business development & relationship management at Aon, one of the world’s largest insurance brokerage firms.

Dianne is joining HRAdvance with over 20 years in cost containment and benefits management experience. Most recently, she held a Vice President of Health and Benefits position with Aon Consulting where she developed and pioneered Aon’s Dependent Eligibility Audit services. Dianne has been quoted in Business Insurance Magazine and has been interviewed by numerous media sources around the US on the topic of Dependent Eligibility Audits, and a subject matter expert in this ever increasingly recognized cost containment and compliance solution. Her employment history includes positions with managed healthcare organizations and insurance leaders such as John Hancock, CIGNA, and Megellan.
