Bill Pogachnick joined HRAdvance in February 2008 as the Vice President of Sales. With more than 15 years experience in the health and welfare industry, working in the consulting/brokerage arena, Bill is responsible for expanding HRAdvance’s relationships and new business throughout the nation. Prior to joining HRAdvance, Bill was responsible for business development & relationship management at Aon, one of the world’s largest insurance brokerage firms.

His extensive insurance background and work experience provides his clients with an innovative and cost effective solution to their health & benefit plans. Prior to joining HRAdvance, Scott held various sales and leadership positions for Fred A. Moreton & Company and Aon Risk & Consulting, Inc.
